It is No Secret – University Heights is a Favorite near west Madison neighborhood! Long recognized as home to many of the crown jewels of Madison architecture, University Heights is widely renowned as the neighborhood site of some of the Midwest’s best examples of Queen Anne, period revival and prairie style homes. Frank Lloyd Wright, George W. Maher, Louis Sullivan and Keck and Keck all designed homes built here. Added to the National Historic Register of Historic Places in 1982, the neighborhood is bordered on the north and east by the UW campus, and the UW’s Camp Randall football stadium and field house.
